LOVE STORY

LOVE STORY Ralph Hephzy Ehiabhi (His Inextinguishable Power Hovering Over People is Life Ministries {HIPHOP is Life Ministries}.)www.hephzy.blogspot.com +234-806-5976-701, eazyraph@yahoo.com LOVE STORY Ralph Hephzy Ehiabhi (His Inextinguishable Power Hovering Over People is Life Ministries {HIPHOP is Life Ministries}.)www.hephzy.blogspot.com +234-806-5976-701, eazyraph@yahoo.com If you're like many married couples, you've gotten caught up in the routine of jobs, parenting, church, and other commitments. And many of those couples are so busy they don't take time to nurture the foundation of their family - their marriage and their relationship with each other. But when that marriage foundation begins to crumble, everything else will come down with it. And that's why we want to coach you on how to nurture that relationship - and one of the great ways to do that is by dating your mate. When you were single, dating was a time to get away alone, to talk, laugh, and have fun together. You took time to learn more about each other, about your past and your dreams for the future. But here's the deal: Now that you're married, you need to do the same thing! You need to get away alone and continue to talk, laugh, and have fun together! You need to learn more about each other! And that's why dating shouldn't stop with marriage. Dating your mate will help the two of you begin to reconnect, rekindle the romance in your relationship, and pull your marriage out of the rut it's stuck in. But it's not just going to happen on its own. It's going to take time, effort, and planning. It means you're going to have to make your marriage and your spouse a priority. And that's why we want to help you get motivated to start dating your mate again, by coaching you on how to get the ball rolling. First things first - your spouse needs to come to the top of your priority list - just a bubble behind Jesus. You need to give your spouse priority access to your time - instead of just the leftovers. Priority time for your spouse means occasional date nights and getaway weekends. These type of events need to be planned ahead of time, of course, because if you wait until the last minute, you may have trouble fitting them into your busy life. But priority time also means smaller time slots each day, such as having dinner together, taking a brief walk, spending time talking, playing a game, or watching a favorite program together. If you and your spouse haven't really "dated" for awhile, and you're not sure where to start, just start simple. Think back to what the two of you enjoyed doing together before you got married. Think about what your spouse likes to do. Think of something new the two of you can try together. It doesn't have to be something elaborate! If you used to go for walks in the park together - try that! If your husband loves sports - go to a game with him! If your wife loves antiques - go antique shopping with her! If the two of you have never taken dance lessons - sign up and go together! The idea is to get the two of you some alone time together - time to reconnect as husband and wife! We realize that people are different and there are different lifestyles and different areas of the country. And we know people are at different stages - some have little children, some have difficult work schedules. People have different financial situations. The point of this article is to jump-start your thinking. So, as you begin reconnecting and get back to dating your mate, here are some things you need to consider: • First, get the right perspective. Recognize that you have to give you and your spouse some time. If you've been stuck in a rut for awhile, you have to realize that you didn't get there overnight and you won't resolve everything overnight. But you can begin today to work on reconnecting, rekindling the flame, and reuniting your hearts and souls. • Reconnect with God and be in prayer. Seek God's help for wisdom and discernment as you consider how to go about this dating process. If there has been much pain and hurt in your marriage, you may need extra strength and courage to forgive or ask for forgiveness. If there has been distance, you need wisdom to know how to reconnect. Ask God to bless your endeavor. • Make a commitment. You need to "do" the dates, but not just as a quick fix. Planning some dates and going out with your spouse is only the start. You need to maintain your marriage by constantly being aware of your spouse's love needs and striving to meet them on a daily basis in your everyday life. • Keep it up! Don't stop dating just because you went on a couple of dates and your spouse seems to be appeased. Or because you think you've done enough to get out of your rut. Or because you think you've run out of ideas. Be creative! Your dates don't have to be expensive or elaborate, they just need to be. You and your spouse need special times together. That's what dating is all about. It should never stop! So keep on dating! So, here's the drill today. Ask your spouse on a date. It can be as simple or as fancy as you want. Take your spouse to dinner. Go for a walk. Whisk your mate away for an overnight getaway. The sky is the limit! You were probably pretty creative when the two of you were dating before you got married - so draw on that again! We can guarantee you one thing: The rewards will be well worth it!

How to Know the Will of God

This is an excerpt from a message by James Montgomery Boice in 2010 How to Know the Will of God Ralph Hephzy Ehiabhi (His Inextinguishable Power Hovering Over People is Life Ministries {HIPHOP is Life Ministries}.)www.hephzy.blogspot.com +234-806-5976-701, eazyraph@yahoo.com This is an excerpt from a message by James Montgomery Boice in 2010 Once an amateur pilot explained to me how airliners are kept on their course by radar. A pilot cannot always see what is coming, particularly in bad weather. At best he can see only about a hundred miles. And yet he can fly his aircraft safely in all weather, for the course is marked out for him by radar. If he deviates either to the right or to the left, the radar warns him accordingly. It is thus that God guides us. Our text does not mean that we shall always be able to see more than one step ahead in our Christian lives. It does not mean that we shall even always be able to see ahead at all. But it does mean that God has a plan for our lives—for your life and mine—and that He promises to reveal the steps of that plan to us. The basis for this assurance lies in the nature of God. For it is God's nature to reveal Himself and His purpose to man. Quite a few years ago when I was in seminary I learned the famous definition of God contained in the Westminster Shorter Catechism: "God is a Spirit, infinite, eternal, and unchangeable, in His being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness, and truth." The first time a person hears that definition I suppose he inevitably thinks that just about everything that could possibly be said about God is wrapped up in it, for the definition is so long. And yet, as I began to memorize and study it, I learned that it was far from comprehensive. For one thing, there is no mention of God's being love. And God is certainly infinite, eternal, and unchangeable in His love. Moreover, today I believe I should also like to see God's desire to reveal Himself to man included. I should like to say, "God is a Spirit, infinite, eternal, and unchangeable, in His being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness, truth, love, and desire to reveal Himself to man." In one sense all that God has ever done has been directed to this end. When God made the world it was to reveal Himself to those who would eventually live on it. Creation reveals God. Hence, Paul tells us that "the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse" (Romans 1:20). When God caused the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be written, this too was to reveal Himself to man. Finally, just as God revealed His power in nature and His purpose in Scripture, so did He reveal His personality in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. That is why Jesus could properly say, "He that hath seen me hath seen the Father" (John 14:9).

The Greatest Tour Guide

Devine Leading The greatest privilege in life is to have God lead you in the journey of life. The bible says that God knows the end from the beginning; He is the best guide anyone can have since He already knows direction you’re heading. When direction is not known, destination is lost, when destination is lost then destiny is lost. If the lord takes the lead you cannot stumble in life. This God is to righteous and faith to mess with your destiny. No wonder David could say in psalm 23, that the lord is His Shepherd and he leads him besides the fresh pool of water and gives him green pastures. The spirit of struggle can only have a hold on men that are not led by God. God knows the way to the place of fulfillment and he can lead us all besides the still waters. When God is with you, you can’t stop in the valley; rather he will lead you on so you can see how gracious He is. He also prepares a table before you in the presence of you enemies and makes your cup run to the overflow. Then surely goodness will follow you when you are surely following God. If you’re led by God then this things shall follow you because “who you follow determines what follows you”. It’s only when you decide to go against the leading of God that unpleasant things and circumstances can have access to you. In Jeremiah it is written that; Jeremiah 10:23 O LORD, I know that the way of man [is] not in himself: [it is] not in man that walketh to direct his steps. (KJV) The ways of man is definitely not in himself but it is the lord God that directs and anyone who goes out of the direction will lose bearing and when bearing is lost then surely like an aircraft that loses bearing and control in mid-air, troubles and turbulence is inevitable. The best tour guide you can have is God Himself. Ask Him to lead you and you won’t miss your way.

Alas the Tomb is Vancant

The word of God was made manifest in Christ for our sake, when Jesus took to the cross. The devil never knew the strategy which God had in plan when He allowed the devil and the cohorts of hell to crucify the Son of God. The devil saw death but God saw Resurrection not of one but of all mankind. God took the enemy by surprise, when Jesus resurrected from the grave. The Bible says that the Tomb where Jesus was laid was fastened and strong guards were placed there, but when God has a strategy not even the entity of the armies of the earth and beneath can stop Him. Jesus triumphed over it all haven taken the keys of life and death from the hands of the devil. For this singular act our freedom was achieved. Isaiah 53:5 But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. (KJV) Haven seen this scripture we came to a realization that, all grieves and pains were placed on him that was righteous, so that by His pains and grieve we can be made hold. Now we can see this as show of God’s great love for us all. It was inferred and proven in the death of Christ that, we are most loved by God that; Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? (KJV) If our God can freely give us His Son then what then won’t he give us? Everything that comes our way is answerable to us because we have all things in Christ’s Death and Resurrection. By His death all our shame, pain, grieve, strive, sorrow, sickness and sinful nature died. By His resurrection we were brought back to a new life in Him; He rose so we can rise into a new life. He knew no sin yet he paid for all sins. Even the devil can’t hold back this manner of Love. Therefore who is he that shall bring any further charge against us, when we have be declared not guilty not by our action but by the saving Grace of God through Christ Jesus. That by His rejection we’re accepted into God’s Kingdom, not as Slaves but as Sons and Daughters of The King of The Kingdom. For He paid it all at the Cross and He screamed “it is finished” meaning; all our defeat, shame, pain, grieve, strive, sorrow, sickness and sinful nature is finished, and by his resurrection we gained peace with Him forever.

Come On Behave

Ralph Hephzy Ehiabhi (His Inextinguishable Power Hovering Over People is Life Ministries {HIPHOP is Life Ministries}.)www.hephzy.blogspot.com +234-806-5976-701, eazyraph@yahoo.com KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE In the Bible there are several people that fumbled as a result of lack of well-grounded behaviours. Mostly in the synagogue and the place of worship, the behaviours of Christians ought to be sound. This was what Paul was talking about when he spoke to Timothy in these words. 1 Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth. (KJV) There is a specified pattern for conduct, a code that is eternal and shouldn’t be broken when we appear in the Presence of God. This Code passes across every sphere of life, including; fashion, speech, manners, relationship and Disciple. The actions we take in life have a way of affecting others around and God frowns mostly when our actions becomes the reason for others to loss the faith in the commonwealth of Christ which we they had. This was the reason why God had to slay the sons of Eli and Aaron in the Bible. 1 Samuel 2:34 And this [shall be] a sign unto thee, that shall come upon thy two sons, on Hophni and Phinehas; in one day they shall die both of them. (KJV) Leviticus 10:1-2 And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD. (KJV) This is therefore a very high priority cause of action that we all need to be aware of and be cautious so as not to fall into the wrath of God. The amount of honour we give to God and all that pertains to Him. Our attitude towards God’s house is and our service life and our personal conducts are more important to God than the gifts we bring into the house of God or even our service itself. This was what killed Annanias and Sephera in the book of Acts. Get your attitude in shape and see God work wonders with you. It may be a weakness but there is a Grace of God that overcomes all. Talk to God about it and He will give you strength to overcome and be in good shape for His kingdom works.

BUILDING GODLY CHARACTER

BUILDING GODLY CHARACTER Character can be defined as a pattern of behaviour. One’s character is ones manifestation in the eyes of people and of God. It is highly disastrous to be charismatic and lack character. Charisma can elevate you but it’s the character that sustains you. Though nature defines your future but character is what determines your destiny. Beauty is grossly expressive in character than in the physical. A Yoruba statement says “iwa lewa” meaning “character is beauty”. Therefore character is the most essential tool to climb high the mountain of success. When your character is faulty then all achievements in life are temporal. Looking at the life of Rueben in the book of Genesis, you will discover that he lost his first born rights for lack of character. When you simply miss match your character the losses are usually more grave than meet the eye. Those whose destinies are important overtime had lost it for the lack of character. These characters are highly and usually underrated, they include lack of mouth control, lack of belly control, lack of sleep control, lack of feet control. When you live such a lifestyle you’re gradually grinding your destiny in a grand style. Those who lack character should be alert else they become as Rueben or Esau that lost his birth rights for lack of belly control. These folks had a regretful end for that little Character flaw there over sighted. Now in the New Testament the Bible made us to understand that there Gifts of the Spirit and Fruits of the Spirit, but the gifts become wasteful when the fruits are lacking and these fruits are all character based. What so ever you do that is void of Godly character they are rendered useless if character is not in place. Get your character in check and see Godly plan for you come to light and your destiny shall not elude you.
